The Snowball is a crafting item in Epic Battle Fantasy 4 and 5. It is a ball of packed snow (although its menu icon depicts two balls) used for forging certain Ice-based equipment.
In EBF5, the Snowball becomes a throwable item, dealing magic-based Ice damage with a very high chance to Chill the target. With two pieces of throwing boost gear, it becomes as strong as the focused version of a fully-upgraded Ice Storm and its Chill chance becomes all but guaranteed to affect non-immune foes.
In both appearances so far, Snowballs can be bought at any Material Shop for 20 gold. To complete all of the relevant upgrades, 23 are needed in EBF4 and 110 are needed in EBF5.
