Dark Matter (parsed as Darkmatter in EBF3) is a recurring crafting item in the Epic Battle Fantasy series, introduced in Epic Battle Fantasy 3. It is a ball of mysterious black matter with a red (in 3 and 4) or purple (in 5) tint. It is mainly used for forging Dark-related equipment to their last level.

Dark Matter can be bought in The Town for 92,000 gold in EBF3 in Goldenbrick Resort's Misc Shop for 100,000 gold in EBF4, and in The Great Sea and Redpine Town for 100,000 gold in EBF5.

In EBF5 13 are needed for the relevant upgrades.
