The Tooth is a Flair available in Epic Battle Fantasy 5, introduced in the v2 update.
Description
The Tooth is a simple white tooth, visually similar to a human molar. It grants a fair HP bonus and buffs the stat when the wearer Defends themselves.
The Tooth has a slight resistance to Holy. If Equip Remix is enabled, it instead offers significant Syphon and Disable resistance, up to an immunity at Level 3.

The Tooth is found inside a chest that drops after defeating THE MAW, in a secret arcade room inside the Zombie Hydra cave in The Rapture.

Trivia
- The Tooth's description may be a reference to the concept of the "Tooth Fairy," where children will put lost teeth under their pillows before going to bed and waking up to find money instead.
- The Tooth can be considered a counterpart to the Cat Tail, providing a decent boost to one stat and the ability to buff it further on Defend, but the Tooth improves the wearer's HP while the Cat Tail boosts Evade. Both Flairs also provide partial resistance to opposite elements (Holy and Dark), and instead have a strong resistance to two status effects in Equip Remix.
- Like the Nano Machines, the Tooth is one of the few Flairs that doesn't appear on the characters' sprites when equipped. Given its menu description implying it to be a lost tooth, it may be in an unseen pocket.
