Tartarus is a Dark-elemental skill in Epic Battle Fantasy 3 and 4, used primarily by foes or through special effects of equipment.
Description
When cast, the screen becomes pitch black, shortly after, several monstrous red eyes and mouths with sharp teeth appear from the darkness, followed by a high pitched scream. This deals heavy Dark-elemental magical damage to all targets and has a high chance to inflict either Doom (EBF3), or Syphon (EBF4).

Originally only used by the Praetorian MKII, it later became available to players as an auto skill from the Dark Tooth (staff) added with the v3 update.
