Tempest is an expert Wind-elemental extra skill available for Matt, Lance, Anna and NoLegs in Epic Battle Fantasy 5.
Description
When used, a large blade of wind appears in front of the target and slashes across the ground, with several smaller wind blades following it. This deals heavy physical Wind damage with a fairly good chance to inflict Light, which will boost its damage on subsequent attacks.
Tempest is a good source of physical Wind damage for most of the characters who can learn it. It is largely redundant on NoLegs due to the presence of Tornado Tantrum, but it can still be mildly useful for single-target Wind damage.
