Blue Dress
The Blue Dress is a female armor in Epic Battle Fantasy 4. Its hat counterpart is the Coral Clip.
Description
The Blue Dress is a white, floor-length dress with a blue trim and small triangle designs along the hem, a blue top with a white frill at the bottom, and white sleeves with wave-like blue trim. It also features a blue, beaded necklace.
The Blue Dress offers a strong Magic Defence boost only surpassed by the Pope's Dress, as well as slightly below-average Defence and incidental boosts to HP and MP. It can cast Cloudburst between turns, attempting apply Wet to all enemies and players; as the status is applied by a skill instead of the armor itself, it does not ignore resistances despite technically being "self-inflicted".
The Blue Dress has some synergy with Wet strategies, particularly ones that utilize the doubled Freeze chance given by the status: however, Cloudburst can also be cast manually for similar effect. Otherwise, it is outclassed by the Pope's Dress for pure magic bulk and other armors with comparable Magic Defence: the Red Dress and Dark Gown have better offensive synergy with Natalie, while the Shrine Maiden Dress has more utility functions and much better MP. Furthermore, the Fur Dress has a little offensive power, additional elemental resistances, and better Defence in exchange for being a bit less magically bulky.
The Blue Dress gives Water and Wet resistance, up to an immunity for the latter at Level 5.

The Blue Dress is found inside Whitefall Town's church, in the lower of the two chests blocked by a Gold Block.
