Blue Bolt is a Thunder-elemental skill in Epic Battle Fantasy 4 and 5, used primarily by foes or through special effects of equipment.
Description
When cast, a chain of blue electrical spheres manifest over the enemy field and lightning bolts jump between them. This deals Thunder Damage with a low chance to either Stun in EBF4, or Confuse in EBF5.
