Whirlpool is an advanced Water-elemental special skill available for every player except Matt in Epic Battle Fantasy 5.
Description
When cast, a small whirlpool of water appears on the target, dealing magical Water damage to the target. This can inflict Wet, and lowers their Evade.

Whirlpool is the upgraded form of Bubble, and becomes Bubble Blast at level 5.
