The Iron Cross is a Flair available in Epic Battle Fantasy 4 and 5.
Description
The Iron Cross is a badge directly shaped after the real-life military decoration of the same name. As per normal flair standard, male characters wear it on their chest, while females wear it either on their skirt, or (in EBF4 only) on their hair if it is equipped in the third Flair slot.
The Iron Cross is a simple "resistance Flair" that makes the wearer less susceptible to Bomb damage and the Stagger status effect. In EBF5, it also provides Confuse resistance.
Epic Battle Fantasy 4
The Iron Cross is found in the third screen of the Waste Disposal Plant, in the chest on the grated metal walkway. The chest is guarded by a battle that appears as a Swordslinger.

The Iron Cross is found inside a chest in the Iron Fortress, one screen west of the monolith research room. The chest drops after solving the walk-once puzzle.
