Freezing Blast

Freezing Blast (called Snow Blast in EBF4) is an Ice-elemental skill in Epic Battle Fantasy 4 and 5, used primarily by foes or through special effects of equipment.

Description

When cast, a circular burst of frigid air centered around the target is released. The burst also releases 16 snowflakes in a circular pattern, with a ring of eight large snowflakes near the target and eight smaller ones at a further distance.

In EBF4 Snow Blast is a magical Ice-elemental attack that is only notable for having a moderately high Freeze chance.

In EBF5 Freezing Blast is now centered, and its Freeze chance and strength got greatly increased, giving it the potential to Freeze multiple players at once for a good while.

Epic Battle Fantasy 4

It is accessible to players as a random summon from the female version of Santa Hat and as a bonus spell from the Azure Dragon (bow) added in the v3 update. In the later case it's particularly notable for having an extremely high host skill power multiplier, usually leading to unexpectedly high damage.

Blue Crystal and Ice Bit can also use Snow Blast, the latter using it as its signature suicide ability.

No longer accessible to players, it's used by the Bubbler MX-01, Blue Crystal and Zircon Ore (as its suicide attack).
